The role:Miva is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will be the first line of contact for sales. The SDR is tasked with following up with leads from inbound marketing campaigns, web site form fills, and partners. This role will also generate leads via outbound calls and other activities to fill the pipeline. If you are self-motivated, comfortable on the phone, and passionate about the sales process, then we want to talk to you!You will:
Meet established targets for generating and qualifying new leads and opportunities for the close of new sales of Miva?s e-commerce platform
Proactively contact inbound leads in a timely manner to qualify and identify their business needs for further sales development
Effectively communicate the benefits that Miva can provide to potential customers and respond to customer requests for information
Identify key players and develop strong business relationships with key decision makers.
Document all sales activities using Salesforce
Perform outbound calls as needed to hunt for new leads and as follow-up to existing leads
You have:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or sales
0-1+ years prior sales development or inside sales experience
Passion for moving leads through the sales process
Comfortable with making 25+ outbound prospecting calls per day as required
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tool a plus
Self-motivated and results-driven
