Position: Salesforce Technical Architect
Location: New York
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Remote for now, consultant should work onsite whenever the client asks to do it.
Technical/Functional Skills
Technical Expertise
Proficiency in and able to expertly create the following technical artifacts (for current and future states): Data Model ERD, System Landscape, Databa se design, Integration Orchestration Design Process Flows, Object-oriented patterns, Sequence Diagrams, etc.
Demonstrate proficiency in two or more object-oriented programming language (Apex, Java, .Net)
Strong understanding of architectural design patterns, SOA, SOC, etc. Understanding of Web 2.0, cloud architecture, client-server architecture, mobile solutions and architecture
Understanding of data migration considerations, design tradeoffs and common ETL tools
Ability to generate and maintain technical documentation that covers functional use cases and the technical implementation to support the use cases
Strong understanding and experience working in Agile Scrum teams
Strong understanding of Salesforce technology platforms
Pursues continued acquisition of technical knowledge, and keeps current on changes in the industry
Desired Certifications:
Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administration, App Builder, Platform Developer I & II, Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
LMA: Lead, Manage, and hold Accountable direct reports and project team members
Drive requirements gathering sessions with the client's technical team and discuss functional requirements with the internal and client teams
Evaluate multiple feasible options for a solution and present to the client, guiding them toward the most optimal solution
Responsible for the overall technical architecture and corresponding deliverables through a project's life cycle
Collaborate with team to understand project requirements and translate those requirements into clear and comprehensive user stories
Develop proposed solutions to clients and prospects by articulating approach and strategy as it directly relates to meeting project and business objectives
