Assist in all aspects of infrastructure credit investments. Make non-equity investments with the ability to transact across multiple entry points in the capital structure. Provide custom-tailored financing solutions across a breadth of capital needs, including greenfield and brownfield projects, acquisition finance, liquidity and growth, and restructuring and secondary purchases. Evaluate opportunities globally across multiple sectors, with a focus in Latin America. Develop complex financial models for debt-sizing and valuation. Execute financial and credit analysis of potential borrowers. Perform investment due diligence research and analysis, including reviewing technical, market, insurance, and environmental reports affecting investments, as well as company financial statements and main contacts with off takers. Work on term sheet negotiations and credit documentation. Prepare and present memoranda to the investment committee in support of potential and existing investments. Work with investment banking; buyside equity and credit; financial modeling; accounting; and infrastructure investing.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field of study, plus two (2) years of experience with investment banking; buyside equity and credit; financial modeling; accounting; and infrastructure investing.Minimum Salary: 200000
