This newly created position is an opportunity to support the development of integrated communications strategy, content, and creative solutions for high priority initiatives. This role will work on communications and engagement projects in collaboration with peers across the Global Operations organization.In this role, you will:
Assist with the development and implementation of key communication strategies to help drive business priorities, and support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
Coordinate key engagement initiatives.
Build effective relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
Create unique, engaging, original content.
Assist with securing appropriate review and approvals before publication.
Ensure all creative assets adhere to brand and verbal standards, compliance and privacy
regulations, and web policies
Completing special projects and initiatives with skillful oversight and support.
Identifying areas of improvement across the organization and making actionable recommendations.
Air traffic controller - Employee feedback, intakes, connecting with other upstream/downstream processes.
Develop/Maintain Business Continuity Planning for all functions within the business group.
Develop/Maintain governance of content review and certification cycles.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
4+ years of years of experience in Communications
Desired Qualifications:
Experience applying standard editorial style guide rules to materials.
Experience developing and/or supporting integrated communication strategies.
Experience in standard digital design tool and web production techniques.
Experience in managing complex calendar, virtual and in person event coordination.
Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
Experience with MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Pay Range New York, NY: 100,800.00 - 179,200.00 USD Annual - This range may not be applicable to other locations.Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
