Through this complete marketing solution, we can help advertisers get laser-focused on who our mutual customers are, what they want, and how we can meet their needs.This Senior Manager position will define and lead our central sales strategy as we accelerate growth of Amex Offers globally, a critical component of our multi-year goals.This role requires a strong focus on defining efficient growth opportunities, critical market-specific nuances, and an ability to lead prioritization. Core to this is stakeholder management, clear communication, and data-drive perspectives.Ideal candidates will have consulting or strategy backgrounds, track record leading large-scale change management initiatives, and experience delivering strategies that drive tangible commercial outcomes/results.Key Responsibilities:
Lead growth and go-to-market approach for new sales tactics globally, including Segmentation and data collaborations
Define and rollout market-specific advertising needs to enhance core sales approach
Lead sales strategy across markets, including evolution of the Top Merchant classification and other prioritization tools
Support global and network expansion opportunities/planning activities to unlock Amex Offers program in new markets
Minimum Qualifications:
Strategic thinker who can develop a vision linked to organizational goals, and translate that vision into key actions
Strong project management skills, including the ability to clearly advise on progress, roadblocks, and successfully drive project momentum
Focus on external insights and learnings, with ability to synthesize learnings and link to internal growth opportunities
Ability to build relationships, both internally and externally, that efficiently identify and deliver on mutual goals
Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, written, and oral communication skills with a strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and handle changing priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
QualificationsSalary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually bonus benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
