They will implement these strategies through effective project management and collaboration across key stakeholders. This person will operate with a will-to-win, desire to challenge the status quo, and a focus on doing what’s right for our customers, colleagues and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the Hotel Partnerships Team to enable a seamless experience for hotel partners that maximizes hotel partners’ use of their channel management technologies

Oversee all technical and operational aspects of rate, inventory and availability distribution

Create and communicate hotel connectivity strategies to drive operational ease and support growth

Minimum Qualifications:

5 years hotel connectivity experience including familiarity with a variety of Property Management Systems, Central Reservation Systems, channel managers and Global Distribution System (GDS)

Outstanding communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex concepts and bring multiple teams and senior leaders along to a final plan

Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience collaborating cross-functionally

Proven track record of thought leadership and innovation in an unstructured space

Energetic self-starter with strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to “get into the weeds”

Change agent and strategic problem solver with an ability to learn quickly, pull in multiple viewpoints, “connect the dots”, and drive results

Capacity to multitask and prioritize between business development and project execution tasks

QualificationsSalary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. This role includes oversight of development efforts with both CLIA labs and IVD partners to support patient selection strategies, identification of patient response signatures and companion diagnostic development for regulatory approval. This position has the option of being based remotely or in either of our Bothell, Seattle, or South San Francisco offices.
