UNIVERSAL Technologies is seeking a Senior PeopleSoft Systems Analyst for a fully remote position. Candidates must have extensive PeopleSoft experience and an active LinkedIn account is preferred. Position:The Senior PeopleSoft Systems Analyst will support the PeopleTools upgrade project within the HR Payroll group of FISA-OPA. This role is crucial in upgrading the PeopleTools engine to version 8.60 (patch 11) from version 8.59 (patch 09). The Analyst will conduct fit-gap analysis, execute upgrade scripts, perform system configurations, and retrofit existing code to ensure a smooth upgrade process while enhancing system security and performance. SCOPE OF SERVICES:

As a Senior PeopleSoft Systems Analyst, your responsibilities include:

Supporting the PeopleTools upgrade to version 8.60 for NYCAPS Retiree systems.

Conducting fit-gap analysis, design, and executing upgrade scripts.

Configuring system components and retrofitting existing code for compatibility.

Conducting full unit and regression testing of PeopleSoft components including web services, interfaces, and reports.

Ensuring system security by addressing vulnerabilities and upgrading tools to supported Oracle versions.

Documenting HR and Benefits Administration processes and technical solutions.

Troubleshooting and resolving PeopleSoft-related system issues and providing production support.

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Candidates who do not meet the mandatory skills will not be considered.

Extensive PeopleSoft 8.x/9.x (v. 9.2 preferred) techno-functional experience in HR and Benefits Administration.

Minimum of five (5) full lifecycle PeopleSoft HR and/or Benefits Admin implementations.

Hands-on experience with PeopleCode, SQR, SQL, Application Designer, and SQL Developer.

Experience working with app messaging (Integration Broker).

Proven experience developing and supporting PeopleSoft interfaces with legacy and third-party systems.

Deep understanding of PeopleSoft HCM database models and related components.

Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and large-scale enterprise implementations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Experience with PeopleSoft HCM v9.2.

Expertise in documenting business processes for HR and Benefits.

Working knowledge of data integration and troubleshooting for PeopleSoft applications.

Familiarity with Oracle support processes and managing support tickets for database and application issues.
