Beyond that, here’s what your responsibilities will be: Scope development Hot sheets, timelines, resourcing, and time transfers Mentorship of associate project managers and mentorship from your supervising project managers Template development Process improvements and applications in collaboration with Directors of Production Team health oversight Client rec sheet collaboration with business manager Helping in client’s yearly tactical planning and SOW development Team building and leadership Team health oversightHow you’ll grow with us:Senior Producer is where you’ll start, but we’re always planning for where you’ll go. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
