It's that energy and spirit of innovation that allows us to create bold and meaningful "health media firsts" for our clients, and to do it all with #phmlove.Job DescriptionAs the SVP, HCP Media Client Lead provides leadership across a single large client or a group of smaller clients. You will be the HCP expert for this client group and team and is responsible for the quality of work produced by the cross-functional teams, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving organic growth on their assigned accounts.This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. You will bring deep Pharma media experience across a diverse set of conditions, disease states, and audiences (DTC, HCP, Payer, etc.)

You will bring perspective beyond Pharma to bring best practices for media across audiences and channels (e.g. CPG, retail)

You understand the total marketing process and the strategic role of media

You will provide insights on industry trends and client's business

You will contribute to thought leadership in the form of POV’s, articles, interviews, etc. in the trades or at conferences

You will proactively self-educates on PHM, Publicis Groupe, and client business functions, capabilities, tools, and processes

Managing and Leading Others

Your responsibility will be to build trust, model inclusion, and show respect for all employees

You will actively listen to resolve issues and identify opportunities

You will exert lateral influence to manage cross-functional teams

Provide communication on business initiatives and client requests

Ensures teams are properly trained on tools and processes

Drives adherence to PHM processes and best practices

Participates in formal development process, including performance management, goal-setting, mid- and yearly reviews, and coaching

You will nurture and develop mid-level talent on assigned accounts

Strategy & Account Management

You own the overall media strategy, approach, and plan on each account

Owns strategic questions and concerns related to the client’s media efforts

Collaborates with internal cross-functional leaders to ensure strategic alignment of deliverables with client needs

Represents the interests of cross-functional teams in client and agency partner meetings where those teams are absent

Pushes for continuous improvement of self, team, and client deliverables

Provides a point of escalation

Monitors team pacing to ensure profitability

Organic Growth and New Business

Assists in setting organic growth goals

Drives adherence to organic growth roadmaps and business plans

Refers new clients to PHM

Volunteers for pitch teams, task forces, side hustles, etc.

Encourages team to incorporate new agency initiatives into recommendations

Identifies opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to existing clients

Scopes client work with Client Operations partner

Client Service

Responsible for relationships with clients and agency partners

Conveys passion for clients and their businesses

Works with clients to shape their marketing priorities

Models outstanding client service for team

Drives professional, impactful standards within team for all written and verbal contact with clients; 'gold-standard' writer and presenter

Serves as point of escalation for client concerns

Qualifications

12+ years media experience

3+ years HCP experience

6+ years management experience

Proven ability to manage people (mentoring and developing) and projects

Proven ability to earn the respect of clients, internal partners, and peers

4+ years cross-channel media knowledge
