Perform software development of web-based applications using JavaScript frameworks;

Work with development teams to build, maintain, and use code stacks to deliver custom software solutions for our clients and teams and digital products to complement our firm’s current offerings;

Engage with industry-leading designers, engineers, and consultants to identify opportunities for digital transformation;

Communicate complex information and processes simply to empower informed decision making;

Participate in research and development to identify critical, emerging technologies and perform strategic research with an aim to develop the skills and capabilities needed to deploy them on projects;

Collaborate with experts across a range of domains to identify and study data sets, producing visuals and other tools that empower Arup and its clients to make better decisions that impact our physical world;

Assist in the development of product roadmaps and in the ideation of new projects and developing time and cost estimates for assessing product value;

Communicate through writing and presenting and documenting methods and outcomes;

Represent the services and offerings of the Digital Insight team broadly throughout the firm, conveying the work we do to other teams through presentations;

Develop software and automation tooling to support internal and external stakeholders, in particular around the parametric design of buildings; and

Develop and deploy the full stack software applications for engineering projects and engineering-focused products.

Requires Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of experience.

Salary Range: $90,600 - $117,000/year.
