Company DescriptionAPEX Exchange (APEX) is a distinct next-generation trading entity within Publicis Media that identifies and invests in emerging market trends to benefit Publicis clients.APEX develops innovative offerings through direct partnerships and principal investments that allow clients of all size to benefit from custom solutions in an complex media environment.Clients opt into solutions outside the agency's core services that offer tangible benefits including guaranteed outcomes, and advantageous pricing.Job DescriptionThe Specialist role will report into the Supervisor position and will be a part of the Digital Strategy & Activation Team.This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. Developing Teams & Talent

Understand roles and responsibilities within the team.

Contribute to training of Sr Associates/Associates on their team and billing/reconciliation team individuals.

Review and support goals of Sr./Associates.

2. Delivering on Our Value Proposition

Understand partner portfolio offerings and can identify client opportunities.

Participate in negotiations for assigned clients and campaigns.

Identify performance issues with partner and manage optimization conversations for select mid-level accounts. Develop campaigns that work with preferred partners.

Execute campaign delivery in full of select mid-level accounts across most steps independently with great accuracy

Develop with support performance and delivery of select mid-level accounts.

3. Managing Business & Operations

Manage campaign activation; contribute to template and buy entry.

Lead RFP/post-sale process for select mid-level accounts and can serve as first touch QA for Associates.

Participate in discrepancy resolution for assigned clients and campaigns.

Understand billing process through managing RFI process, reconciliation of invoices in Prisma and approvals on the Unbilled Report for select mid-level accounts.

Contribute to data input across several tools.

QualificationsTECHNICAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS

2-5 years of experience with Basic knowledge of media is critical for success in this role

Diverse backgrounds and experience are welcome including Agency Planning/Investment, Media Sales, Consulting or Media Client Side

Media financial acumen is mandatory

Basic understanding of the media landscape

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
