Job DescriptionExciting Opportunity at MSK: Specialist II, Financial Application – Epic (Resolute HB) We are seeking a Specialist II, Financial Applications to join the Resolute – Hospital Billing team! This is an exciting opportunity to join our Epic implementation team and assist in the building, maintenance, and enhancement of the Epic Hospital Billing and Charge Master (CDM) applications. You will partner with Epic team members as well as Revenue Cycle and Clinical Operations staff to ensure accurate and compliant billing! Role Overview:

Analyze and configure the Resolute Hospital Billing CDM module and associated tools to meet the needs of our healthcare organization.

Develop test plans to assure the functionality and integrity of systems configuration.

Provide leadership and technical guidance to identify system deficiencies, analyze problems and solutions to implement corrective action.

Support Epic Implementation through readiness activities, go-live and future optimization.

Provide ongoing support to Epic Resolute Hospital Billing end-users on features and strategies

Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to track, analyze, and optimize hospital charging.

Key Qualifications:

3+ years in Epic Hospital Billing application implementation and support.

Epic certification Hospital Billing and Charge Master applications.

Additional Epic certifications is a plus.

Experience providing support during system changes and process improvements.

Schedule: Hybrid, primarily remote with availability to travel on site on occasion.
