The Nursing Professional Development Specialist Team MSK is growing, and we are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Instructional Design & Technology Specialist to join us. You Will:
Streamline and automate course offerings, programs, and processes.
Collaborate with nursing team members to create, administer, and track nursing professional development programs and courses.
Partner with nursing leadership to create and implement learning programs that contribute to the Nursing’s departmental and organizational strategic goals.
Use well-known and evidence-based Instructional Design theories and practices to create/build eLearning courses that are interactive, and meaningful and ensure the transfer of knowledge.
Integrate cutting-edge technologies and multimedia to ensure that the courses are delivered interactively and engagingly.
Assess and evaluate learning modules to constantly strive to improve course offerings and the delivery of topics and materials and identify deficiencies/gaps.
Serve as project manager in the implementation of systems and processes to ensure a smooth transition to new systems and/or processes.
You Have:
Master's degree, preferably in Communications or Instructional design
4 years experience in Instructional design and technology
Proficiency and knowledge in evidence-based methodology and Instructional Design theories.
Solid understanding of LMS, HRMS, and other systems.
