Coordinate Global Brand Experience and Events projects through preparation, planning and execution of assigned (or portions of) Global brand events, runway, and consumer/retail activations.
Emphasis on production coordination for event planning from concept stages through to execution. Responsibilities can include, but not limited to: scheduling, research and sourcing, venue scouting, direct oversight of vendors, food & beverage experience, visual and décor, invites and collateral, check-in logistics, on-site event execution, set-up and breakdown for events; as well as general organization of event materials (staff uniforms, iPad, etc.).
Create and coordinate, in close alignment with Manager, on all creative brief submissions and collateral for events.
Spearhead, in close alignment with Manager, creation and updating of detailed production timelines to stay on top of priorities and key deadlines across various concurrent projects.
Contribute to creation of internal and external event overview decks and agency RFPs.
Leads detailed team research in support of and specific to designated projects and launches.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal CKI departments and external partners, supporting with cross-functional collaboration and alignments to deliver the highest quality and impactful events.
Organize internal and external meetings related to event projects. Develop agendas and bring together meeting notes.
Keep abreast and report back on relevant global culture, industry news and happenings in New York and key global cities.
Co-leads (with Coordinator) and maintains the Global Brand Experience Cultural Calendar and coordinates regular distribution to internal Global cross-functional teams.
LICENSEE
Based on an established strategic approach for season, partner with Manager on the development and distribution of innovative and scalable Global event directives and toolkits for Licensee partners.
Directly support Manager in stewardship and planning aspects for Licensee events.
Organize regular check-ins and supervise BX agendas / meeting notes with Global Licensed Marketing and Licensee counterparts to ensure consistency of strategy, execution and ultimately a streamlined consumer experience.
DEPARTMENT ADMIN & BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Manager on maintaining and updating individual project budgets against parameters set by department head.
Coordinate departmental and event related invoice submission and tracking of payments to vendors.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Experience :
3-5 years of relevant experience in lifestyle and/or luxury brand communications & marketing with emphasis on events; knowledge of or experience in fashion industry preferred.
3+ years of experience within Events role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.Skills:
Able to adapt to the team culture and is passionate about becoming part of it.
Must be self-motivated, resourceful, credible, organized, a standout colleague and professional with a positive disposition.
Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Word, Excel, Keynote, and PowerPoint. Adobe Suite preferred.

Thorough in both attention to detail and proactive decision making and resourcefulness/problem solving.

Travel as needed.Pay Range:$65,400 - $85,000PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements.
