We are seeking a desktop support engineer to support our executive team. This is a hands-on role requiring the ability to handle various challenges with expertise and exceptional judgment while working with end-users at the highest level within the organization. If you are computer-savvy and enjoy supporting end users, we’d like to meet you. To succeed in this role, you should have a problem-solving attitude along with the ability to give clear technical instructions. You should also be familiar with remote troubleshooting techniques. Responsibilities
Support C-Suite type end users across multiple offices as well as other individuals
Prepare hardware/software for new employees
Maintain/troubleshoot peripherals and printers
Support our hosted phone system
Home support may occur
Qualifications
10+ years of recent end-user technical support experience, preferably in financial services
10+ years of experience of Microsoft cloud-related technologies: O365, OneDrive, Intune
