The Sr. Director, Agency Development will lead Spectrum Reach’s national sales strategy and messaging at and agency holding company level. They will be focused as being the marketplace brand ambassador/evangelist for Spectrum Reach and our advertising capabilities. In this role, the Sr. Director will focus on meeting and various client touch points with a focus on understating the Holding Company needs and how we can provide advertising capabilities that use our various cutting-edge solutions for clients to maximize the use of the variety of media with Spectrum. Will working closely with leadership to execute meetings and coordinate introductions for Spectrum and Ampersand Sellers. Assist in the curation and lead in the execution of a national GTM strategy that focuses on Holding Company & Independent Agency Buyers, Planners and Programmatic Traders, Direct Brands, and 3rd Party Sellers. Work in partnership with Ampersand to transition the National Spot business from GRPs and CPP's to impressions and CPM's. Personally, lead this initiative with Holding Company c suite who will be the most motivated to make this transition. Expand Advanced and Programmatic expertise into the National organization Build and execute on strategies and initiatives that drive positive sales results and ensure success in achieving the Company’s business objectives. Develop a high-energy sales culture that fosters success, enthusiasm, and a winning atmosphere. Recruit, select, and retain high-end talent to serve in the leadership positions across organization Oversee employee development initiatives designed to grow the knowledge, skills, and abilities of all employees Research customer requirements and expectations and include responses and solutions in product planning and marketing strategy. Represent Spectrum Reach through consistent PR, social media, trade event, and internal communications. Expand and accelerate our programmatic business by creating integrations with every Holding Company and Independent Agency of meaningful size, create always on deals through the brand direct team outreach, and drive more growth from existing and future DSP/SSP relationships.
