About the RoleThe Global & Enterprise Operations Manager role is a unique opportunity to help grow Uber Eats. In this position, you will focus on driving operational excellence for our largest Brand Partners on a global scale. You will work closely with merchant partners, sales, product, engineering, and marketing to optimize our operational metrics and provide maximum value for both Uber and our partners. This role calls for creative problem-solving, advanced analytics, critical thinking, a desire for execution and outstanding relationship-building skills to partner with cross-functional teams and our largest global partner organizations.What You'll Do
Effectively drive key insights and scale processes on a global level for our largest merchants
Work cross-functionally to make decisions that require global alignment in a timely manner
Develop analytical frameworks to project, generate, and prioritize country-specific business initiatives
Drive business review cadence and develop reporting frameworks to facilitate alignment, learning, improvement, and accountability
Work closely with Product teams to innovate on our ability to grow our business & form best-in-world customer relationships
Develop best-in-class tools, insights, and processes to effectively scale operations across our merchant partners
Present analyses and findings to Senior Leadership and cross-functional partners
Build relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within partner organizations
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of professional work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Exceptional Excel and data management skills. SQL is required.
3+ years of professional work experience in a related field, such as consulting, investment banking, strategy, operations, or analytics
Ability to flex your analytical skills and utilize data to quantify opportunities and influence decision makers
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
Experience leading conversations with executive level external partners
Excellent organization, time management and prioritization skills; proven ability to balance multiple critical tasks and consistently delivering against hard deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to synthesize information quickly, to distill key takeaways, and to weave insights into a compelling story that clarifies and inspires
An ability to build deep cross-functional relationships across a broad organization, foster a warm and collaborative work environment, and understand problems from diverse perspectives. Humility and empathy are critical to success in this role
Ability to lead projects from ideation to execution and evaluation
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$101,000 per year - USD$112,500 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$101,000 per year - USD$112,500 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
