In this role, you will support the execution of complex enterprise technology projects spanning IT Support & Engineering, Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, and Information Security. This internship will provide hands-on experience in agile project management, scrum methodologies, and IT systems coordination, while also allowing you to work with cross-functional technical teams in a collaborative and innovative environment.This is an excellent opportunity for students or early-career professionals with an interest in technology and project management to gain real-world experience and contribute to impactful projects.What you'll do: Support the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables for various internal IT projects.Collaborate with senior project managers to help facilitate scrum ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Ensure project milestones are met by maintaining project documentation, tracking key deliverables and reporting project progress.Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.Assist in identifying project risks and support the mitigation of issues to keep projects on track.Participate in the analysis and improvement of agile processes and provide feedback on best practices.Contribute to the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including requirements, process flows, and meeting notes.What you'll need:Internships are open to current students enrolled at a university (those graduating by May 2026 are preferred) and recent graduates who graduated within the 12-month period prior to the start of the internship. Currently enrolled undergraduate or a graduate degree student enrolled in a related program, with strong academic performance.Interest in and familiarity with information technology concepts.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Previous internship or work experience in technology products, systems or services.Ability to collaborate with technical team members in an Agile-Scrum environment.Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, anticipating questions and articulating decisions with supporting rationale.Technical project management experience preferred.Ability to clearly document business requirements to technical teams in user stories.Understanding of agile project management processes and tools (Atlassian, etc.).Must have legal right to work in the U.S.At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be $37.00 - $40.00 / hour and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives.
