We are currently looking for a Fine Fragrance Sales Internship at our New York, NY office.Internships begin the first week of June through the third week of August.Our standard working hours are Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)Join our dynamic Fine Fragrance Bath & Body Works team as an intern and gain invaluable industry experience. Assist with the development and execution of effective business and marketing plans aligned with his/her Commercial Manager

Attend client meetings and prepare visit reports with detailed information of competitive information and identification of opportunities for the category

Maintain proper records on competitive launches for strategic high-growth accounts

Take initiative to support the teams on fragrance development briefs that include but not limited to online research, social media listening, market purchases, presentation checklist, etc.

Help with the sampling and labeling of fragrance submissions for the clients

Follow up on industrialization process of a project win

Demonstrate project management skills by leading a client brief from start to finish

The hourly rate for this position is $23.00 - $26.00 per hour. Currently working on completion of a Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent

Experience with cross functional project management

Skilled communicator who can effectively deliver insights and strong understanding of key revenue drivers

Experience with data analytics and reporting in data visualization tools in Powerpoint and Excel

Highly motivated and curious about the world of beauty—specifically fine fragrance
