Job DescriptionExciting Opportunity at MSK:Employee Health Supervisor Role Overview:

Oversees the clinic and office operations and prioritizes workflow to meet the needs of the department and ensure efficient and financially sound operations.

Directs and supervises activities of staff in assigned area. Hires, orients, trains, disciplines, and evaluates the performance of staff. Provides guidance, feedback, and opportunities for development, as appropriate.

Obtains, organizes, analyzes and communicates data necessary for fulfilling department needs; makes recommendations regarding departmental operations based on analysis of information.

Ensures observance and conformity with internal and external regulations.

Responsible for interviewing, hiring and training of new employees, as well as the ongoing development of existing employees

Reports to Manager, Employee Health

Key Qualifications:

Experience at the level of team lead, specialist, or higher in an ambulatory care, hospital operations or related healthcare environment

Excellent oral and written communication skills including interest and ability to create and deliver presentations, lead meetings and teams, prepare reports etc.

High level of competence using the Microsoft Teams and Office Suite.

Core Skills:

Must be able to handle complex work assignments and adjust priorities.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to effectively participate in problem resolution and provide direction to staff and work teams.

Must have exemplary attendance.

Additional Information:

Location: 222 E. 70th Street, New York, NY

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday – Friday with flexibility around the clinic hours

Reporting To: Manager, Employee Health
