As part of the Chief Of Staff team in EIO&T, the Business Manager will drive initiatives to support the heads of Operational Resilience and Operational Risk and Control, providing a consistent and standard way of operating, monitoring and running the organization. Responsibilities will include operational budgets, driving the communication agenda, policies, and procedures. This position will assist with development, execution and tracking of key strategic goals of the organization.Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior managers to deliver consolidated view of financials, headcount, key metrics and various ad hoc deliverables.

Provide programmatic leadership and drive excellent results against the strategic business plan.

Establish and manage strong relationships with a diverse group of senior stakeholders in COO groups, to ensure adequate information sharing, reporting, alignment and communications are in place.

Develop and implement a system for tracking and reporting on the progress of strategic plans

Partner with the Finance team on budgets and financial reporting

Review and monitor the key performance indicators across the organization

Assist with Implementing communications strategy covering both internal and external stakeholders

Work with key stakeholders to enhance the COO Culture resulting in a highly motivated, engaged, integrated and diverse workforce

Drive productivity/ cost savings initiatives and analysis.

Develop senior management presentations by aggregating and synthesizing information

Implement standard use of tools and templates to facilitate project planning and governance across the organization

Prepare reports, briefings and presentations on strategic issues, as appropriate

Assist with coordination of various management meetings, including staff meetings, monthly business reviews, and team off-sites

Qualifications:

10+ years of progressive experience with complex budgets, operational responsibilities and management of staff.

Strong leadership, interpersonal and relationship-building skills are required.

Highly effective written and oral communication skills; excellent organizational skills.

Able to adapt quickly to internal tools and processes. - Citi experience with PTSW and Renault would be beneficial.

Strong team player who can work effectively in cross-organization situations.

Demonstrated success in managing deliverables within aggressive timeframes; ability to cope under time pressures

Possesses strong problem-solving skills

Demonstrated development, planning and execution of medium range and long term strategic plans

Proven ability to conduct research/analysis, organize findings and build presentations

Demonstrated project management experience and detailed knowledge of technology products

Working knowledge of Citi, the financial services industry and financial products

Education Required: Bachelor's Degree required preferably in finance or accounting
