Position Duties: Responsible for managing people and planning and executing small and mid-size software development projects by working through the project life cycle such as requirements elicitation, risk assessment, development through operations, and maintenance. Responsible for training and coaching staff members. Contribute to projects outside of regular scope, including technical reviews, influencing design, and making recommendations for improvement. Develop requirements for software with Bloomberg and assign implementation to junior developers. Own and ensure quality of projects. Organize test production rollout. Analyze client requirements. Prepare project deliverables and participate in preparing technical proposals. Perform system design and application development. Escalate and resolve any issues on projects. Hands-on software development including selecting and implementing efficient algorithms, writing clear, well-documented code, conducting code reviews, ensuring adequate testing of all code, and debugging using various tools. Job Requirements: Position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as a software engineer or related. Must have one (1) year of experience in each of the following: Linux or Unix; C, C, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, or another high-level programming language; SQL or NoSQL; and Data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design concepts.Minimum Salary: 260000

Maximum Salary: 295000

This role will see the candidate involved in various phases of structural bridge inspection projects including field inspection, technical report preparation, analysis, and repair design. The role will see the right candidate work with a team of bridge engineers, while also providing technical guidance to CADD personnel and Junior Engineers. Responsibilities

  • Position Duties: As a senior leader in our organization, you drive the force in guiding us on how data should be applied to build company-specific research insights using alternative data. Build, lead, and manage a team of Applied Data Analysts. Work directly with clients to help interpret alternative data driven signals and apply alternative data to existing investment research workflows. Develop scalable processes and products that enable us to surface valuable data-driven insights to our clients. Create insights that synthesize research findings for internal and external use by our team and clients. Work cross-functionally with our sales, account management, marketing, and product teams across Bloomberg to bring alternative data across a range of Bloomberg products in reliable and effective ways. Define the team\'s vision and explore the most effective way to build scalable processes and products that enable our end-users to gain actionable insights from our data sets.Job Requirements: Position requires a Master\'s degree or the foreign equivalent in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Data Science, or related and one (1) year of experience in the job offered, data analyst, statistician, or related.Must have one (1) year of experience in each of the following skills: Equity research process and workflows; Applying alternative data to company research; Data and Statistical Analysis and interpretation; Product management and development; SQL or NoSQL; and Python or R.Rate of pay: $250,000 - $300,000 / year.

  • The National Associate Financial Consultants (NAFC) on the Plan Event Team will be instrumental in helping TIAA capitalize on Plan level events (PLE) such as sole record keeping wins, vendor consolidations and retirement plan implementations. NAFCs will provide in person and virtual counseling to TIAA participants, new entrants, prospects, beneficiaries and their legal and financial representatives on the complete spectrum of TIAA products and services. This job covers institutions across the US and will focus on Institutions undergoing a plan level event. NAFCs will meet with client in person, phone and video. NAFC’s will lead with advice with the goal of helping our clients to take actions that will enhance their financial wellness. NAFC’s will be responsible for virtual and in-person presentations focusing on Institutions undergoing a plan level event but also assisting with global webinars.
