Join us!Job Description:This job is responsible for developing and implementing business strategies by managing platform development initiatives from idea creation through deployment. Key responsibilities include identifying customer needs, working with Technology on design options, and validating concepts. Job expectations include developing business cases, partnering with Technology and key operational stakeholders to conduct analyses, and writing business and functional requirements documentation.Responsibilities:Payments is a key function for Bank of America. The development and maintenance of multi-platform test environment is key for payment service providers, Independent Software Vendors (ISV), and clients to test against. The Test Environment Platform Manager is responsible for managing the environment and associated vendors ultimately providing test environment access and derisking card payments solutions ahead of their commercialization.Areas of responsibility include:Documenting environment requirements and associated test environment desktop procedures.Collaborate and drive vendor selection with procurement, and legal teams to structure and negotiate partner agreements.Establish strong, effective cross functional partnerships with other departments throughout organization (Business Development, Technology, Sales, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Product, and Launch) to define and establish a test environment that meets business needs.Vendor contract negotiation, budget forecasting, statement of work approval, and invoice management.Support ongoing Risk management routines and activities with vendors and internal teams.Ongoing support and management of ISV partners and clients within test environments, including test equipment and card managementRequired Skills: "Must' have these skills to be minimally qualifiedBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent work experience.Strong financial management and accounting skills.Experience working with payment industry test tools vendor solutions specific to card network simulation, payment credential emulation, EMV level-3 validation, and consultative services.Product/Business development and Product Management experience.Ability to successfully partner by developing strong relationships and collaborate with cross functional partners throughout the organization.Ability to work independently without clear direction in order to achieve desired results while maintaining strong risk management.Serve as SME and establish a relationship of trust and credibility and be a consultative partner.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating strong, active listening skills.Demonstrated ability and experience presenting engaging, concise, presentations and decks to large groups, c-level executives and others and the ability to synthesize an audience specific message.Consultative mindset, with the ability to develop client and business strategies to maximize growth and development.Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs.Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power point, Visio, and Salesforce.Travel is required to perform essential function of the job; travel may vary but is estimated to be up to 15%Desired Skills:Advanced knowledge and experience of Payment Gateway features and functionalities, Gateway SDKs, ISVs, and eCommerce fraud tools and extensions.Comprehensive understanding of payments transaction processing message specifications and APIs including ISO 8583, REST API, and SOAP API.Experience with various card payment integration models, including semi-integrated, direct-integrated, and eCommerce extensions.Shift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week:40Bank of America and its affiliates consider for employment and hire qualified candidates without regard to race, religious creed, religion, color, sex, sexual orientation, genetic information, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, protected veteran or disability status or any factor prohibited by law, and as such affirms in policy and practice to support and promote the concept of equal employment opportunity and affirmative action, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, provincial and municipal laws.
