Opportunity to build strong relationships and partner with the Business and other corporate functions including Controllership, Treasury, Accounting Operations, Legal, and FP&A team

Ability to make a direct and positive contribution to the Group

Work in an exciting fast changing business environmentJob DescriptionCore Responsibilities

Prepare, maintain and/or contribute to supporting schedules and documentation (including local transfer pricing reports) to ensure consistency, audit readiness and risk mitigation

Prepare and manage intercompany legal agreements

Review transfer pricing calculations to ensure accuracy and to adhered to internal SOX policy

Prepare and/or review all transfer pricing filings and ensure compliance deadlines are met in each local jurisdiction

Coordinates with local consultants and the business to ensure local documentation not prepared in-house is accurate

Manage the yearly compliance engagement process with local consultants

Liaise with the Global Travel team to ensure a smooth transition of the company’s expatriates

Provide support with local audits

Provide ad-hoc support to the Businesses

Liaise with the Global Transfer Pricing team, businesses and financial accounting, both for gathering business facts and data to ensure the correct implementation and documentation

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Demonstrate flexibility when dealing with businesses globally including adjusting work hours to deal with issues as they arise in foreign locations

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

Travel approximately 20% of time

Proficient in Excel, SAP and BW /AOE

Willingness to learn new financial systems, as needed

Ability to analyze accounting entries and understand its impact for transfer pricing purposes

Strong writing skills

Flexibility with meeting times to accommodate various time zones

Demonstrable transfer pricing experience

Excellent organizational skills coupled with a natural curiosity

Meticulous with attention to detail

Ability to adapt easily to a changing environment and work effectively with different deadlines and stakeholders.

Be a self-starter with a positive attitude and dedication to solving highly complex and differentiated issues

Ability to communicate, in an effective way, the importance of Transfer Pricing to Finance and Commercial Leaders

Additional Skills

Audit/Accountancy experience in Tax

Experience and knowledge of transfer pricing needs at local country level – ability to manage all sides of a transaction

Experience in working on complex technology type transactions

Entertainment and media knowledge and experience

Excellent communication skills with a relatable manner

In-house tax department experience
