Description We are in the search for a User Experience (UX) Designer to join our client's team in the FinTech space. This role is based in fully remote, and offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. You will primarily be involved in the review and redesign of existing pages, conducting A/B testing, and working closely with the marketing and product teams. Some understanding of CSS and research will be beneficial. This position is remote-friendly but requires adherence to Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.Responsibilities: Collaborate with the marketing team to review and redesign existing pages Create web animation designs Conduct A/B testing to evaluate design performance Utilize skills in CSS for web design purposes Engage in some research to inform design decisions Work closely with the product team to ensure alignment of design with product objectives Design for primarily external-facing sites and apps Be responsive to feedback from stakeholders in the product and marketing teams Ensure all designs align with the company's brand and aesthetic guidelines Contribute to the overall user experience strategy and development.Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in the role of a User Experience (UX) Designer, preferably in the FinTech industry Proficient knowledge of CSS - Cascade Styling Sheets Demonstrated ability to design aesthetically pleasing and functional user interfaces Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices Ability to effectively communicate designs to stakeholders and team members Proven experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps Proficiency in using UX design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about user experience challenges Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment A portfolio showcasing relevant work experience and projects Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
