Job Overview :

The Vendor Program Claims Reconciliation Manager (VPC) oversees and coordinates the daily activities of the VPC Department. This Dept. reconciles all vendor programs and rebates based on the terms and conditions agreed upon by the Buyer and the Vendor. Ensures the effectiveness and efficiency of all VPC processes and proposes the necessary changes to streamline the current processes. The Manager will collaborate with the IS department to update the VPC program to enhance its functionality as necessary.

Essential Responsibilities :

Monitor all vendor program information and ensure that they are kept in a centralized point.

Ensures that all claims are processed promptly and sent to vendors timely and accurately plus ensures that all supporting documents are kept in a central location for future inquiries.

Responsible for department’s adherence to company policies and procedures.

Ensure subordinates perform their responsibilities according to B&H standards (refer to respective job descriptions for detailed responsibilities)

Identifies VPM system potential gaps and work jointly to implement an effective solution with the IS team.

Provides guidance and training to subordinates for technical and non-technical issues.

Communicate and interact with Finance, Advertising, Buying and other B&H departments as needed to keep them updated and to prevent issues and problems.
