The Vice President of Product Management Global SaaS drives the overall business strategy, execution, and global financial performance of the CCH brand in the Audit segment. With global P&L responsibility, this role combines direct accountability for the U.S. segment with strategic oversight of global regions, ensuring alignment with key Business Unit stakeholders and TAA Division strategy and to achieve financial targets, market growth, and customer satisfaction.This VP leads the development and execution of a unified, scalable go-to-market (GTM) strategy focused on expanding market share, optimizing product market fit, and driving growth through innovation. Key responsibilities include refining current product offerings, identifying new customer segments, and implementing both organic and inorganic growth strategies to support revenue goals and portfolio expansion. Partnering with global teams in Sales, Marketing, Development, and Service Excellence, the VP aligns regional GTM strategies with global audit platform objectives, ensuring operational efficiency and consistent market delivery. This includes developing a comprehensive product roadmap for the CCH Axcess and CCH iFirm audit platforms to support ongoing innovation and growth in line with TAA Division objectives.The role is metrics-focused, monitoring product profitability, sales performance, and customer retention to inform strategic adjustments. Additionally, the VP cultivates a high-performing product management team, fostering an innovative, engaged workforce that drives customer-focused product development. Balancing U.S. market needs with global expansion priorities, this position is pivotal to maintaining the CCH Audit platform’s leadership position worldwide.The Vice President Product Management is responsible for managing the business in service of three key global stakeholder groups: WK shareholders, WK customers, and WK employees. All business activities should be leveraged to the benefit of these stakeholders to ensure that the business remains strong internally, to the market, and delivers on financial commitments. Key accountabilities include:

Responsible for overall global audit revenue, with direct accountability for the Audit P&L for the U.S. Segment.

Relentlessly pursue innovation and operational efficiency to strategically invest in growth opportunities.

Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of the core business, scale and scope of total market opportunity, customer profile, market ownership, competitive landscape, and market trends to effectively evaluate prospects for share of wallet growth, increased market share, and expansion into logical adjacencies. Utilize customer insight analyses in the planning for optimizing price and market positions.

Build strong working relationships with global partners to understand go to market strategies for the global audit platform and ensure strategy and product outcomes align accordingly to VSP and budget.

Design and effectively execute US go-to-market strategy for growth including, but not limited to, optimizing current product offerings, leveraging new product opportunities to enhance existing service offerings, evaluating options for new solutions sets for customers and strategically operationalizing those, strengthening underperforming customer segments, identifying and pursuing new customer segments, developing and executing on appropriate marketing and communications to powerfully articulate the value proposition to the market, evaluating and implementing channel strategies including reseller partnerships, and ensuring the sales and service teams are fully prepared to properly represent the CCH brand while strengthening relationships with customers so that WK is reliably perceived as the Audit provider of choice.

Ensure global assets are created for teams to leverage (i.e., Sales Training, Support Articles etc.).

Develop and lead the execution of a robust product roadmap based on both the CCH Axcess and CCH iFirm technology platform strategy that leverages the highly extensible architecture of the core platform as a strategic asset for the delivery of additional products and solutions.

Develop and execute an organic and inorganic growth strategy that ensures the Segment meets the TAA Division expectations.

Establish metrics of success for each product, tracks and analyzes product and promotion profitability and develops course corrections as needed, including regular review of Sales performance and revenue, win-loss analysis, review of expense budgets including GBS/GPO proposals and charges, and retention analysis/tracking

Provides strategic vision, guidance, talent development, coaching and mentoring, to lead through transformation of evolving product management organization to create high performing, highly collaborative, commercially focused team

Translate business strategy into a compelling and inspiring “call to action” for employees. Focus on securing and developing the right talent to meet current commitments with an eye to future growth; maintain a bench of highly capable, diverse, and engaged talent with the capability to deliver on growth aspirations.

Job Qualifications :Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or relevant experience

MBA preferred

Experience:

15+ years of Product Management experience in a global, enterprise software business with experience in one or more of these areas strongly preferred.

Enterprise software and information services industries

A strong leader with outstanding leadership, people and process management skills.

Outstanding planning (strategic and tactical), negotiation, communication, and execution skills

A successful track record in successful product development, execution and commercialization
