Drive impactful change and innovation in a dynamic environment.As a Vice President of Strategy for Human Resources (HR) and Employee Experience (EX), you'll collaborate with senior leaders to define strategic direction and implement transformative initiatives. Your work will enhance employee engagement and align with our business objectives, making a significant impact on our organization. You will work directly with executives to lead enterprise level teams to resolve complex HR and EX challenges critical to the human capital discipline. In this role you will also partner with HR, EX and executive leadership to execute organizational effectiveness, talent management and employee engagement strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and shape the future of the company.Job Responsibilities:

Collaborates with senior leaders to design and implement HR and EX products, including AI and digital solutions to be a transformation architect

Drives strategy and execution for tools and roadmaps that enable employees to excel through seamless digital employee experience

Leads large-scale projects with creative, employee-focused solutions across all organizational levels to spark impactful innovation

Advise senior stakeholders on transformation, work redesign, automation, and digital strategies to conquer change management

Builds strong relationships and communicate effectively with executives across the organization to be an exceptional stakeholder and people manager

Utilizes data-driven outcomes and evolve the operating model and organization

Works with HR, EX and executive leadership to align strategies with business objectives as a strategic partner

Leverages analytics and data science to improve efficiency and enhance the employee experience

Collaborates directly with executives to resolve complex HR and EX challenges

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

5+ years of transformational people leadership experience, with 2+ years in a leading strategy management consulting firm

Expertise in people practices for technology and customer-focused operating models

Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to identify issues and develop solutions

Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and technical skills for data-driven HR strategies

Ability to operate at scale and navigate a globally matrixed organization

Proven track record in change management and transformation initiatives

Strong relationship management and communication skills with executive presence

Experience in leveraging data to drive business results and organizational evolution

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience with AI and digital transformation in HR.

Knowledge of global HR practices and trends.

Strong project management skills with a focus on innovation.

Ability to influence and drive change across diverse teams.

Experience in developing and implementing employee engagement strategies.

Familiarity with data science and analytics tools in HR
