Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

4 years of experience in product design or UX.

Experience implementing visual design systems across platforms in an iterative software development environment, applying design tools (e.g. Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch).

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

2 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.

Problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for platforms such as desktop and mobile (Android and iOS).

Ability to communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale within a user-centered design process.

Skills in communicating and influencing product design strategy.

We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $122,000-$178,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Role We have an opportunity for a Designer to join our Faade Practice. This individual will be responsible for the detailing of facades and running relevant analyses, materials and systems research, and coordinating project work with the team. Responsibilities Analyzes faade performance with specialized software (i.e. loading, thermal analysis, condensation risk, geometry).
