The role of ‘ SVP, Sales Growth and Productivity ’ is critical to the success of the Citi’s Global Wealth at Work business. This role will be responsible for the ownership and management of several strategic programs and analyses related to the growth and design or our Wealth at Work Sales organization.The position will partner closely with all parts of Citi Global Wealth at Work including business heads, sales teams, business managers, product managers, and function owners. The role will report to the Wealth at Work COO.Our choice candidate will be a detail oriented strategic thinker with a passion for solving complex problems, dealing with ambiguity, financial modeling, organizational design, building successful sales organizations, and who possesses an unrelenting customer obsession and a strong desire to make their mark on the organization.Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a trusted advisor to Senior Leaders and Wealth Advisors across the Citi Wealth at Work business

Partner with Business and Group Heads to shape the strategic direction for our Sales organization

Identify and build the business case for growth opportunities supported by quantitative and qualitative analysis

Own end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives from problem identification through requirements definition and solution implementation

Drive efforts around Advisor productivity in partnership with Sales Heads, Marketing, Analytics, and other key stakeholders

Enable growth, scale, and capacity across our Sales teams through innovation including the introduction of tools, partnerships, and process enhancements

Create and execute training and educational modules to drive consistency and excellence across all relationship management and support activities

Construct financial models and proposals used for making key business decisions

Partner with Sales Management to define and track a robust set of key performance indicators

Collaborate with senior business leaders to create key management presentations for various audiences

Support and influence internal strategic planning and business development activities

Keep abreast of industry news and trends. Apply industry knowledge to interpret data and improve performance

Experience/Education:

Bachelor’s Degree Required

MBA or Advanced Degree Preferred

10+ years of work experience. Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Strategy/Management Consulting, or FP&A experience preferred

Advanced competency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is required

Candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to operate independently and make decisions

Ability to build relationships and partner across a complex organization

Ability to multi-task and manage multiple simultaneous projects

Ability to influence seniors and stakeholders outside of your span of control
