Summary: Meta’s Product Content Operations team is a global group of content experts whose remit is to refine content experiences across platforms and products. The team is looking for content managers to execute across a variety of projects across multiple languages. The main function of a content manager is to aid in surfacing the best content and conversations on Meta platforms. The typical content manager will have excellent editorial judgment, a strong command of social media and a good understanding of trending news and topics, as well as how they inform social conversations. Ideal candidates will show strong initiative and be able to execute across company priorities in a fast-paced environment.Required Skills: Weekend Content Manager Responsibilities:

Ensure seamless handoff and continuation of projects from weekday staff

Identify timely and high-value content or content attributes both on and off platform across a variety of media types

Manage cross-functional relationships with high flexibility and strong collaboration

Provide regular progress reports across assignments to team leads and organizational leadership

Define and analyze metrics that inform project success

Draft and edit guidelines that help review content at scale, maintaining commitment to accuracy and consistency

Manage multiple products and priorities while maintaining quality output

Ability to flex across atypical working hours as needed

Willingness and proven ability to manage a small contingent workforce as needed

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:

8+ years of professional experience in content or social media management or journalism

Critical thinking/analytical experience

Experience in presenting and communicating to senior leadership

Proficiency in the Google suite of professional products, including Google Sheets

Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications:

Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, Portuguese and/or Hindi is a plus

SQL and query experience are a plus
