Description We are on the lookout for a Workflow Coordinator (DP/Pres) to join our team in New York, New York. This role is centered in the document production industry and offers a long term contract employment opportunity. As a Workflow Coordinator, you will apply your advanced software aptitude and technical eye to ensure the accurate and efficient production of documents in a high-volume, high-pressure environment. Responsibilities: Oversee the intake of work requests from clients, including clarifying job instructions and negotiating deadlines. Prioritize and coordinate multiple projects across the team, ensuring quality results. Utilize advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to technically troubleshoot applicable software specific to the business/client. Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in document production, prooing, and formatting. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients on job or deadline issues. Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information with discretion. Train team members as required and coordinate workflow within a shift or site. Adapt to a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment, working both independently and collaboratively. Demonstrate good judgment and organizational skills, with a solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving. Balance multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality results and meeting deadlines. Requirements Proven experience in a Workflow Coordinator role or similar position Exceptional customer service skills and proficiency in communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Demonstrated ability to train staff on procedures and practices Experience in supervising a team and coordinating their work Familiarity with hiring processes and production management Ability to process checks and troubleshoot any issues that may arise Strong negotiation skills and decision-making abilities Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of quality assurance Familiarity with company policies and procedures Ability to proo documents and ensure the quality of deliverables Previous experience in word processing and data entry Regular and punctual attendance is a key requirement for this role Ability to coordinate tasks and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
