A small boutique hotel is seeking a full time AFOM.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and guest-focused individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding guest service, be adept at managing a team of staff, and possess excellent organizational skills.
The ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues is a key aspect of this role.
Candidate must have scheduling flexibility and weekend availability.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
Oversee and coordinate front desk activities, ensuring a seamless check-in/check-out process for guests.
Manage and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Address guest concerns and ensure satisfaction throughout their stay.
Collaborate with other departments to maintain a high standard of service.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in hotel management or a related field.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and fluency in English, both verbal and written
Customer-centric mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
