Following the success of our original location, Emmett’s, Emmett’s on Grove is a Midwest inspired supper club offering tavern style pizza, reimagined Italian classics, and an unparalleled beverage program. Celebrating the spirit of a classic American Tavern with European influences, we pair the warmth of a neighborhood restaurant with an elevated experience of a New York dining destination.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: 80-90k
PTO after 6 months of employment

Responsibilities:
Act as liaison between guests, FOH & BOH staff, management and ownership
Recruit, onboard and coach top performing talent
Oversee Beverage Inventory & Programming in conjunction with Sommelier and Bar team
Plan and implement service strategy in conjunction with the Maitre d’ and Floor Manager
Assist GM in motivating staff to achieve organizational and operational objectives
Inspire exceptional guest service while creating a fun and memorable ambiance
Be an ambassador for Emmett’s and Emmett’s on Grove
Requirements:
Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills
Minimum of 2 years in a service leadership role at a restaurant
Wines & beverage knowledge
Demonstrated interest in the hospitality industry
