Our NYC Based Restaurant Group is looking to hire an Assistant Manager to work directly with the General Manager. We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team and help us maintain our high standards of service and excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Supervise and train staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
- Make sure all health and safety regulations are followed at all times
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety, inventory management, and employee training.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
