THE ROLE:
As a management team member, you will help oversee daily operations for BONDST Hudson Yards. We're seeking a strategic thinker, problem-solver, multi-tasker, and excellent communicator. This key leader will uphold BONDST's standards of excellence in all areas, including team management, quality of service, workplace culture, and guest relations.
Requirements :
2+ years of experience in a leadership role in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Extensive knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, and cocktails
An approachable leader who can motivate, manage and develop a large and diverse team
Excellent verbal and written/digital communication skills
Self-starter who is results-oriented and who appreciates and takes initiative on both the essential details and the bigger picture
Team player with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
Full availability, including nights and weekends
Role:
Hands-on management of day-to-day operations of BONDST Hudson Yards
Help oversee the FOH and BOH teams, working floor shifts, creating a positive work environment, driving sales, motivating the team, and creating exceptional guest experiences
Assist with the hiring, training, coaching, and overall development of team members, including orientation, performance reviews, and any necessary disciplinary actions
Foster a dynamic, enjoyable, and inclusive culture
