Must have prior experience 2years plus.
Must be able to handle books and budget reports
Recruiting, training and supervising staff.
Agreeing and managing budgets.
Creating staffing rotas.
Planning menus.
Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation.
Supervise both kitchen staff and waitstaff, providing necessary feedback.
Write daily budget reports on both revenue and costs.
Communicate with diners and mitigate potential conflicts.
Promoting and marketing the business.
Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies.
