Russo’s Hospitality Group is seeking a skilled part-time Assistant Pastry Chef to join our culinary team. Under the direction of our Pastry Chef, the ideal candidate should be detailed oriented and passionate about creating delicious deserts.

Job Requirements include:
2-3 year of relevant pastry/bakery experience.
Assist with the daily operations of such items as cake decorating, cookies, and other pastries.
Able to work with various toppings, icing, fondant, to ensure beautiful presentation of deserts.
Highly organized, and able to work well in a high-intensity kitchen/ work environment.
Ensure all standards for food safety and sanitation are met at all times.
Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
Schedule: 3 to 4 days a week (includes weekdays, weekends, holidays)
Salary Range: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
Ability to commute: Howard Beach, NY 11414: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
