About the Role:
As our Kids’ Event Assistant, you'll play a vital role in planning and executing engaging events that spark joy and excitement for children. You’ll collaborate closely with our staff to ensure every detail is covered while maintaining open, friendly communication with parents to make each event truly special.
What You’ll Do:
Organize and lead children’s events from concept to completion.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event execution.
Build positive relationships with parents, children, and staff.
Create a safe, fun, and memorable experience for all attendees.
Tackle unexpected challenges with a calm, can-do attitude and flexibility.
Who You Are:
Experienced in children’s event planning or a similar field (experience verification required).
Must be available on weekends.
Excellent at multitasking with strong attention to detail.
Able to make quick, independent decisions while keeping a flexible schedule.
Skilled in communicating clearly and effectively with parents, children, and team members.
