Busy bagel shop on the Upper East Side is looking for an experienced Bagel Baker.
Responsibilities:
Mixing, boiling, and baking bagels
Preparing dough, operating oven, maintaining consistency and quality
Keeping a clean, organized workstation
Working efficiently during early morning hours
Requirements:
Experience baking bagels (preferred)
Reliable, fast, and detail-oriented
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Food Handler Certificate is a plus
Must be able to work early morning shifts
