Barbacks are the right hands to our servers and bartenders. They ensure our dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean, sanitized, stocked and visually appealing. Assist bartenders in clearing the bar top, cleaning/sanitizing the barware, and restocking glassware and plate ware. Keeping the bar clean by wiping down surfaces, sweeping and mopping, removing soiled glassware, scrubbing coolers and storage areas, and emptying trash receptacles. Refilling water glasses, removing dirty utensils and replenish as needed; Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas.
Food Runners-
Responsible for delivering food/beverage orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly & accurately. Assist servers maintain a clean environment for restaurant patrons throughout the dining experience. Act as point of contact for FOH & BOH staff. Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards. Check in with customers, refill water as needed. Inform restaurant staff of customers’ feedback or requests.
