Job Description:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Bartender to join our team. While your primary role will be behind the bar, we value teamwork and flexibility—so you’ll also support the floor as needed. The ideal candidate is passionate about natural wine, has strong bartending skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
Recommend and serve wines, craft cocktails, and small plates
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas
Assist with service on the floor when needed, including taking orders and running food/drinks
Handle transactions, operate the POS system, and manage tabs efficiently
Assist in opening and closing duties as needed
Requirements:
Prior bartending experience, preferably in a wine bar or restaurant setting
Strong knowledge and passion for natural wine (certifications are a plus but not required)
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment
Strong communication and hospitality skills
Must be 21+
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
