As a Bartender we expect you to play a key role in creating a memorable experience for our guests. You’ll be responsible for mixing and serving drinks, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and providing top-notch customer service. We want you to also keep an inventory for the bar ready at the end of the week which you will give the manager, and expect to see some special drinks for the place. Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences.
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about the drink menu.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glasses and utensils, and managing inventory.
Monitor and verify the identification of guests to ensure legal drinking age.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, and process payments.
Keep track of bar supplies and order inventory as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
Assist in creating and updating the drink menu, and stay informed about new trends and techniques in mixology.
