As a Hookah Maker, you will be responsible for preparing and serving hookahs to our guests with expertise and attention to detail. Your role will involve setting up hookahs, ensuring they are in perfect working order, and providing exceptional service to ensure a memorable experience for our patrons. If you’re passionate about hookah culture and enjoy creating a relaxing environment for others, this position is for you! Also, you'll need to make sure that the inventory is done at the end of the week for the hookah supplies which you will give to the manager.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and assemble hookahs to meet guest preferences and ensure optimal performance.
Select and mix flavors, manage charcoal, and ensure that all components are functioning correctly.
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on flavor combinations and hookah styles.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hookah preparation area.
Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their needs and inquiries.
Monitor and manage inventory of hookah supplies, including tobacco, charcoal, and accessories.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Assist in the training of new staff members in hookah preparation and service.
