No More Cafe is a non-alcoholic cocktail brand and bar in the East Village serving zero-proof cocktails, coffee, and functional beverages. We're a community hub where people work, socialize, and hang out without alcohol.
We're looking for experienced hospitality professionals who can run solo shifts and handle everything from opening to closing.
The Role:
Mix bartending and barista work
Solo shifts (you'll be running the floor on your own)
Plate dishes behind the bar as well
Handle retail sales (curated NA bottle shop)
Maintain the space, manage your drawer, handle basic prep work
Build relationships with regulars who treat this place like a second home
What We're Looking For:
Real hospitality experience (bars, cafes, restaurants)
Self-sufficient and comfortable working independently
Genuine interest in the non-alcoholic space
Able to cultivate relationships and make people feel welcome
Good with regulars and new faces equally
Clean, organized, and takes pride in the details
Schedule:
12pm-6:30pm or 6:30pm-1am shifts
Posted weekly
Compensation:
$18/hour + retail commission on bottle sales
