Full service Restaurant in Williamsburg Brooklyn looking to fill bartender and line cook positions
Ideal candidates to have strong work ethics, varied experience and a passion to deliver great products with exceptional service.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2+ years’ experience bartending in a high-volume restaurant & A Following
A passion for excellence in hospitality
A team player attitude
A track record of consistent beverage service
Flexible work schedules: the ability to work night, weekends, holidays, as business permits
The ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects, up to 50lbs
Kneel, bend, or stoop, ascend or descend stairs; be on feet for extended periods of time
Responsibilities
Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes
Helps guests to make selections from food and beverage menus, suggests courses and pairings, explains any off-menu dishes, answers all food preparation questions

Operational Excellence:
Prepares prep items according to our product specifications and recipes.
Ensures all food items are in approved, covered storage containers.
Serves and prepares take-out orders
Cleanliness:
Cleans, maintains, and organizes prep area including cooler(s), equipment, and dry storage.
Follows local health department laws.
Guest Service:
Ensure food orders are correct
