What You’ll Do:
Ensure every guest has an exceptional experience by attending to their needs promptly and efficiently.
Keep the service bar running smoothly with impeccable organization and attention to detail.
Support bartenders by maintaining bar stock, cleanliness, and equipment.
Contribute to the lively, energetic atmosphere while upholding health and safety standards.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: At least 2 years of barback or equivalent experience in a high-volume restaurant setting is required.
Knowledge: Familiarity with restaurant etiquette and health/safety regulations.
Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and excellent communication.
Organization: Ability to efficiently manage a busy service bar.
Availability: Must be available for weekend shifts, including Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and occasional Thursdays.
