What You’ll Do:
Serve delicious small plates and handcrafted drinks while guests unleash their creativity with guidance from our art instructors.
Ensure every guest leaves with an amazing experience and a desire to come back.
Become an expert on our menu and confidently share recommendations with guests.
Accurately take and manage orders using the TouchBistro POS system.
Follow alcohol awareness protocols, including checking IDs, monitoring guest intoxication, and managing situations responsibly.
Anticipate guest needs and provide seamless service in a lively setting.
Adhere to food and beverage safety regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience as a Server or Bartender in a high-volume environment is required.
People Skills: Strong communication and a customer-focused attitude.
Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Organization: Skilled at managing large groups of up to 50 guests.
Flexibility: Availability to work weekends, especially Saturdays and Sundays.
Knowledge: Familiarity with restaurant etiquette, health, and safety standards.
