Nuhma Inflight Dining is seeking a skilled and experienced Bookkeeper to join our dedicated team. As a bookkeeper you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Your attention to detail, proficiency in financial software, and strong organizational skills will contribute to the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable and process weekly check runs with approval of manager
Perform daily financial entries, Journal entries and reconciliations
Process Weekly Payroll and handle HR
File all documents daily and all files must be organized
Enter Invoices in QuickBooks from Tripleseat our invoicing platform
Apply Payments received for AR in Quickbooks
Work On Monthly Sales Tax prep
Qualifications:
10 year’s experience using QuickBooks online mandatory
A robust aptitude for managing time and solving problems effectively
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Fine dining restaurant and/or similar experience
An enthusiastic and engaged team member
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in bookkeeping or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Must have a minimum of Associates degree
