Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service
Complete all task for opening café / closing café
Operate the point of sale (POS) system efficiently to process payments.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work.
Handle customer orders and transaction process from start to finish.
Ensure quality in presentation of macaron boxes at all time
Serve coffee beverages
Requirements:
Great customer service
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Friendly and positive attitude
Being on time and coming to work consistently
Experience in the food and hospitality industry is a plus
Speaking French is a plus
Job details:
An hourly rate of $17 + tips
8 hour shift
